When it comes to helping children with their school work, it is usually maths that young ones would like their parents to support them with. Maths is a difficult subject to pick up but isn’t impossible to strengthen. The key is to start at a young age and work up the ladder slowly. Children can be put down and triggered by low results in school which can lead to an underperforming student. Be aware of what your child is learning and what they are struggling with. If children don’t have a solid foundation with their learning in maths, it can lead to lack of confidence and falling behind.
